Before … and During

I thought it would be kind of fun to juxtapose what it looked like then and what it looks like today — though I am shamelessly NOT putting up pictures of the kitchen and bathroom.

Wow, what an absolute transformation! Beautiful job. Our new place is coming along slowly but surely. I had no idea what a painting project entailed. Many many trips to Lowe’s & McClendon’s, much priming of out-dated doors & taping, etc etc. But what we’ve finished looks some much better than white walls. Even the popcorn ceilings seem to be more attractive!
Do you know of a good place to buy rocks? We want to build up a garden to put in front of the concrete wall that exists…

Thanks! And glad to hear your place is coming along too. There’s a stoneyard in Issaquah called Marenakos that Steve likes to go to. They have a huge selection.
