Security Update from the TSA
by Zia ~ August 14th, 2006. Filed under: Travel.Due to enhanced security measures most liquids, gels, lotions and other items of similar consistency will not be permitted in carry-on baggage. These types of items must be packed in your checked baggage. Examples of these items include any type of beverage, shampoo, liquid or gel cosmetics, and lotion.
Women should take note that breasts will also be carefully screened to ensure they are not filled with potentially risky gel or liquid. If your breasts appear to be false, you may be subject to additional screening. Please do not be alarmed; our TSA staff is professional and courteous, and will not squeeze too hard. This is a safety precaution only.
