Happy 1,004th Post to Me
Three full years of managing to keep a blog somewhat current. Six different names, 10 different templates, and two different platforms (Blogger and WordPress). Ah, the halcyon days of yore.
And may I just point out that the people who used to make fun of me for blogging now have blogs of their own?

Woo hoo!
I’m switching my primary blog over to WordPress.com – unless I decide to spring for Web hosting and upload/configure the software myself. I used WP to create an Arts blog for our church, then the main church site, and really dig it. Thanks for tipping me off to it!
WordPress all the way!!
Don’t you already have hosting? Personally, I like having it on my own server. I hear that you have to pay to tweak templates and so on if you use their service. Plus, you’re smart enough to figure out how to install and so on.
Nope – just a domain name. Which is now integrated with my blog, so (if you’re inclined) you can change my link to http://rockettscience.com
I paid ten dollars to do that – everything else I’ve done with it has been free. I figure I’ll save the serious tweaking for external projects.
