I wouldn't change a thing, except for, you know, running water in the kitchen. I particularly wouldn't cover the blue chairs. We used to have a coral-colored chair that I loved, loved, loved, which we eventually had to get rid of because the cat pretty much tore it to shreds. And look at all those books and art pieces!
